not transferable,
non refundable,
subject to no further discounts and cannot be altered once booked.

  • A change of travel date and or service (transfer) requires a minimum of 48 hours notice, from the original travel date and time.*$9.95 Internet special seats are not transferable.
  • Bookings made directly through any Stonestreet’s Coaches office or counter will incur a $5.00 booking fee.

Refund Policy
All travel purchased on a Stonestreet’s Toowoomba Transit Coaches Express Services is Non Refundable.
A change of travel date and or service (transfer) requires a minimum of 48 hours notice, from the original travel date and time. Internet special seats are not transferable.
In the unseeable event that Stonestreet’s Toowoomba Transit Coaches has to cancel a service for any reason, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative service or a full refund on tickets purchased.
Failure to travel - No Refund/Transfer.
