Cancellations
Failure to travel - No Refund/Transfer.
All travel purchased on a Stonestreet’s Coaches (referred to hereafter as The Company) Express service is Non Refundable
A change of travel date and or service (transfer) requires a minimum of 48 hours notice, from the original travel date and time. Internet special seats are not transferable.
Bookings made directly through any Stonestreet’s Coaches office or counter will incur a non refundable $5.00 booking fee. Any bookings made online will not incur a $5.00 booking fee.

Conditions of Carriage
The Company is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any person or their luggage without assigning a reason therefore.

Luggage
The Company accepts no liability for lost or damaged luggage. The company recommends that sufficient luggage insurance be obtained. Limit of 1 suitcase, not to exceed 20kg and a small carry bag, not to exceed 5kg. Each item must be clearly marked with your full name, address and contact number. Luggage exceeding the allowable limit, or any boxed item will be considered freight and charged accordingly. Excess luggage, surfboards, bikes or freight not guaranteed to depart on requested service, may be held for next available service.

Alcohol, Smoking & Drugs
Australian Federal and State Government Regulations prohibit smoking, the consumption of alcohol and the conveyance or ingestion of illicit drugs on coaches. Passengers under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs will not be permitted to board the coach.

Disruptive Behaviour
Persons behaving in a disruptive manner may be removed from the coach at the sole discretion of the Coach Captain.

Dress Requirements
A reasonable standard of clean clothing and footwear is required.

Seat Allocation
Seat Allocation requests are not guaranteed.

Reservations
Booking Confirmations must be made 48 prior to departure.

Departure Times
Passengers must Check in 30 minutes prior to departure, whether at a Passenger terminal or en route.

Children
The child must be over the age of 6 (six) years of age Children under 6 (six) years of age will not be carried, unless by written application to the company director, with written authorisation from the company director, which will only be issued in extenuating circumstances Children must be instructed not to leave the coach en-route without approval of the driver. No responsibility will be accepted by the company for unaccompanied children whilst in transit, however all due care will be exercised. An Unaccompanied Child Form must be handed to the company representative at the time of boarding the coach, then carried by the driver for reference if needed. Download Unaccomanied Child Form Here Children aged 6 to 14 years inclusive will be carried provided a Unaccompanied Child form is completed before departure. The childs parent/guardian or resposible person must be present for the child's departure or arrival. In the event that no parent or guardian is contactable at the destination point, the child will be taken to the closest Police station

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended when making all travel arrangements.

Wheelchair access
Wheelchair access will be available on all Hospital Connection services but limited to 1 wheelchair per trip. Bookings for wheelchair passengers can be made by phone only.

Guide or Hearing Dogs
Stonestreet's policy requires that animals (except for certified/registered guide or hearing assistance dogs) are not permitted to travel in the cabin of the coach. Certified/registered guide or hearing assistance dogs travel free but must remain on the floor of the coach. All other animals must be stowed in pet containers - to be supplied by the owner - for travel in the baggage compartment. A fee of $10 per pet container will be charged. Stonestreet's reserve the right to refuse travel for dogs showing aggressive behaviour. Animals refused travel are the responsibility of the owner.

Other Conditions
The Company, and or their agents, will not be liable for any accident, injury or death or any passenger, nor loss or damage to personal effects or luggage, irrespective of the conditions from which such accident, injury, death, loss or damage may have arisen.
The Company, and or its agents will not be responsible for any inconvenience, or loss occasioned to delays to services and additional cost of accommodation, transport and associated expenses and this includes adverse weather.
The company, and or its agents reserve the right to cancel, vary or substitute any service in any way for any reason deemed necessary.
The company, and or its agents, reserve the right to refuse carriage of any person on any service and to remove any person from any service for any reason or in the interest of other passengers.
No guarantee, express or implied attached to any motor vehicle owned by, leased by, or operated for the company, nor can the operator or its agents accept liability for any loss, delay, cancellation of service, death or irregularity that may occur to be occasioned by any cause whatsoever and it is expressly agreed that all bookings are made and accepted under these stipulations and conditions.
Timetables and fares are subject to alteration without notice.
Meals or refreshments are not provided by the company.
Booking confirmation must be made 48 hours prior to departure.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

For safety reasons certain goods or articles cannot be carried, such as weapons, explosive goods and flammable items.
Fruit and vegetables will not be carried due to Government Quarantine Regulations
Seat allocation requests are not guaranteed.
Due to safety requirements Stonestreet’s Coaches requires any passenger travelling with a wheelchair, must be accompanied by a carer or escort at all times.
We recommend that you contact Stonestreet’s Coaches a minimum 72 hours prior to departure, as the allocation of a wheelchair accessible coach on a specified or requested service is subject to availability. A wheelchair accessible coach on any Stonestreet’s Coaches service is not guaranteed.
